Sound baths – A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful experience for the mind and body. The experience begins with each person lying down often with a blanket and eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. As the different frequencies and vibrations resonate in the body, the brain waves slow down; shifting from an active state, to a more relaxed one. The sounds introduced during the sounds bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness; an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. Everyone experiences sound differently and the goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and self-enquiry. The sounds are created using a variety of overtone emitting instruments, including sacred drum, gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and voice.
Gong baths – similar to the sound bath but the sounds are made just with gongs. The gong is an extremely powerful instrument giving waves of deep healing vibrations which can help release stored emotions and trauma from the body.
Releasing & resetting workshop with sacred drum – The drum has been used for thousands of years by indigenous healers to shift people out of stuck energy patterns. This workshop will help you to reconnect with the flow of life in order for healing and transformation to happen. The power of the sacred drum lies in her ability to connect you with your vibes, your heartbeat and your natural rhythms. Using journaling, discussion, mantras and meditation, this workshop will help you release and reset to find your true life path
Yoga – Hatha, Vinyasa and fusion classes. The ‘fusion’ classes are rooted in the classical yoga tradition & are a combination of hatha and Vinyasa. Hatha is stillness, holding poses for between four & six breaths and vinyasa is flow; a connection between breath & movement stringing poses together. In these classes, I combine hatha & vinyasa together for a 'flow and hold' practice for a full body workout. As well as building up strength & stamina these classes can help to reduce stress through focused breathing techniques, improve flexibility, increase energy, become more mindful and stretch and tone your body.
Yin Yoga - Yin is a more passive introspective practice which allows us to recharge and give back to our mind, body and spirit. It is a practice in stillness, patience and non-reactivity. Yin offers us a chance to turn inward and nurture the calm, quiet centre that is innate in all of us. We focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system which can help us to reduce stress, sleep better, reduce anxiety and give us space to heal.

Poses are held for between 2 and 5 minutes which allows the body to soften and surrender. This activates the fascia, the connective tissue between the muscles and the bones, that requires a longer period of stress to lengthen and become more pliable.
Yin & Sound - The addition of sound adds a further dimension to the practice. Sound therapy, also known as vibrational medicine, is the practice which employs the vibrations of the human voice as well as objects that resonate -- gongs, sacred drumming, Tibetan singing bowls & crystal healing bowls -- to go beyond relaxation and stimulate deeper healing.
Chanting – short sessions of coming together to chant some Oms and mantras.

All sessions usually run for one hour apart from drum meditation which is 2 hours+ and the chanting which can be anywhere from 10 minute onwards.
