Examples of sessions/workshops include:

A 2 hour per week workshop for 6 weeks for a client:

Connecting Within: A 6-Week Journey for Revival - Embark on a transformative 6-week journey of self-discovery, inner harmony, and empowerment through breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound baths, and journaling, and unlock your true potential.

Sound Baths & Gong Baths

Meditation, Breathwork & Mindfulness -  This would be a session that uses these three modalities to explore different ways to invite a different state of awareness and being. Breathwork is the practice of any breathing exercise or technique to improve mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing with the aim of prompting relaxation responses in the body. Meditation is a way of turning the gaze inward and learning to observe thoughts and feelings without judgement possibly leading to better understanding of our thoughts and the potential to change them. Mindfulness is the practice of being more in the present being aware of where we are and what we're doing, which can create space for more of a reasons than a reaction to take place.

This session could take place on chairs or yoga mats.

Yoga for Beginners & Yin Yoga. Yoga for Beginners would be a gentle traditional hatha style class suitable for all levels where we'd go though the basics of yoga, introducing the energy body and chakra system and some gentle stretches and postures. This would be great for opening up the body, and building stamina and strength. Yin yoga is the more mindful practice of longer held poses (usually seated or lying down), working on stretching the deep connective tissues & improving flexibility alongside quietening the mind

Group Reiki session - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. This session would consist of an introduction to reiki, a group reiki circle and then a self reiki healing/meditation session. Clients would need yoga mats, loose clothing.

Introduction to journalling & positive affirmations. - this session would be an introduction to using writing to help understand  our thoughts and feelings more clearly. We'd be looking the different ways of doing this to include different prompts to help us get the most out of our writing. Positive affirmations are positively loaded phrases, or statements that are used to challenge unhelpful or negative thoughts. People can use positive affirmations to motivate them, encourage positive changes in their life, or boost their self-esteem. Clients would need a journal and pen for this session.
